Steps You need to follow : 

1. Go to this site - https://multiup.org

2. Signup and create a account.

3. Then go to Upload -> Upload Files from Torrent 

4. Then Give the File | Magnet link of your torrent

5. After complete upload of your file, you'll get like this (Under My Accounts -> Manage Torrents Tab)

Then Click the File -> Click Download 

After that you'll get multiple links (Sometimes it's need more time to populate more links)

Note : Validity of your torrent seeding is 2days for free account.
